The Fragrance of Henna. Captured in Glass.
Mehndi is more than a pigment — it's a ritual. The smell of fresh henna on the night before a wedding, the slow drawing of patterns that will be worn like a second skin, the gathering of women and the passing of tradition from one pair of hands to another. Mehndi Ki Mehak bottles that entire feeling into a colour — deep earthy green with the warmth of celebration in every swirl — and then blows it into handblown art glass using techniques that date back five centuries.
Each diya in this set of two is entirely its own. The mehndi tones flow differently through every piece because that is what handblown glass does — it captures a moment in the making that can never be exactly repeated. Place them together on a pooja thaal and the green catches the flame in a way that feels genuinely sacred. Gift them in the festive box they arrive in and give someone a piece of India that will be treasured long after the occasion passes. Available exclusively on Tooffi, India's marketplace for independent makers who carry India's ancient craft and festive soul into every object they create.
