A quiet presence, shaped in glass.
Amber Gilhari is a handblown glass squirrel inspired by the gentle observant rhythms of the forest. Captured mid-pause with its head slightly raised and tail softly curved this piece reflects stillness, patience and thoughtful movement — qualities often unnoticed yet deeply grounding.
Handcrafted in warm amber glass each Gilhari carries subtle variations in tone, flow and form — a natural result of the handblown process. No two pieces are exactly alike making every sculpture quietly unique. Designed as a decorative object rather than a figurine Amber Gilhari sits effortlessly on shelves, consoles, sideboards or bedside tables adding warmth without visual noise. It complements calm modern interiors and pairs beautifully with ceramics, wood, linen and neutral palettes.
A small object with presence, meant to be noticed slowly.

Still. Warm. Entirely Its Own.
The squirrel pauses before it moves. That moment of stillness — head raised, senses tuned, tail curved in perfect balance — is what the Amber Gilhari captures and holds forever in warm handblown glass. Not a cartoon. Not a figurine. A sculptural object that carries the quiet intelligence of a forest creature mid-thought, translated into amber glass that glows differently depending on the light it sits in and the eye that finds it.
At 5 inches long and 3 inches tall it doesn't demand a shelf. It rewards one. Place it among books and it becomes the thing everyone picks up. Set it on a console beside a neutral vase and it anchors the whole arrangement without effort. Put it on a bedside table and it's the last thing you notice before sleep and the first thing that catches morning light. Each one shaped by hand under an open flame — which means the amber depth and internal swirls on yours are a one-time event in the history of glassblowing that will never occur again in quite the same way. Available exclusively on Tooffi, India's marketplace for independent makers who find meaning in slow craft and create objects worth noticing slowly.
