The ocean is one of the first things that genuinely captures a child's imagination — the colours, the creatures, the sense that there is an entire world down there going about its business. The Under The Sea Dinner Set brings that world to the table.
Five handmade ceramic pieces, each painted with fishes, sea turtles and corals in the vivid palette of a reef: a dinner plate (10"), a quarter plate (8"), a soup bowl (3.5" high, 4.5" across), a bowl (2" high, 3.5" across) and a glass (2.75" across, 4" high). A complete set for every part of a child's meal, all carrying the same underwater world from one piece to the next.
Every piece is made by hand at Nira's Ceramics, individually glazed and kiln-fired with 24-carat gold accents that run through the whole set. Each one requires many hours of work — which is why no two sets are exactly identical, and why a slight patina from everyday use only adds to the character of something genuinely handcrafted.
Dishwasher safe. Avoid microwave and oven due to the gold accents.
